Lythovia offers free cancellations up to 48 hours before your scheduled check-in. Please be aware that different conditions may apply during:
- Peak seasons
- Special events
- Group bookings
- Promotional offers
Cancellation Fees
Fees vary based on when you cancel:
- More than 48 hours before check-in: Full refund
- Between 24 and 48 hours before check-in: 50% charge of the first night’s stay
- Less than 24 hours before check-in: Full charge for the first night
- No-show: Full charge for the entire stay
Refund Process
If a refund is due:
- Credit card refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days
- Bank transfers may take 7 to 14 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Special Circumstances
Flexible cancellation options might be offered for:
- Medical emergencies (with valid documentation)
- Natural disasters
